CANCELLATION POLICY


Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be submitted no later than 12 pm, Eastern Standard Time, the day prior to deliveries for a full credit.

Orders canceled after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge up to 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.

 

HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE AN ORDER


All requests must be made by email to justasplannedRVA@gmail.com. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation email.



INCLEMENT WEATHER


If Airbound Balloon Decor is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange for rescheduling. You will be given the option of rescheduling your order for up to 365 days. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.


OUTDOOR DECOR


We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor and we will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your outdoor balloon purchases. However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that any outdoor balloon decor will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Due to the general nature of balloons, they are subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. Rain or mist will cause balloons to stick together, resulting in some popping. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss/ breakage related to weather.
