  • Can I provide my own balloons and hire you for setup?

    The short answer is no. We use high quality balloons that have been kept in ideal conditions to ensure its performance. 


  • How far in advance should I order?

    The sooner the better! Some seasons are busier than others, and to navigate potential balloon shortages we suggest you contact us ASAP.


  • What is your payment process.

    A retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve the date. If life changes, and a cancellation is needed, we can refund the fee up to 72 hours before set up day. A full payment is expected within 3 days of set up/delivery.


    For fees and payments, follow the payment instructions on the invoice sent.



  • Is there an order minimum?

    Of course not! A simple, festive birthday centerpiece is as significant as an elegant wedding garland.
